Effective September 10, 2026.
1. Agreement
By creating an account, visiting https://opsrunr.com, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you use OpsRunr for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
OpsRunr is a production health desk. Paid plans include project inventory plus core checks: uptime monitoring and status pages, SSL and domain expiry watches, cron heartbeat monitoring, a critical webhook inbox, a form inbox, alerts, and monthly health reports. Capabilities may change as we improve the product. We do not sell à-la-carte modules or a “Full Suite” discount pack.
Current published pricing: Builder $39/mo (3 projects), Studio $69/mo (10 projects), Agency $99/mo (25 projects). Free: 1 project with free caps. Monthly billing only. No annual plans. Recurring subscriptions only. No lifetime deals.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including API keys and MCP connectors.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, probe other customers’ data, or generate abusive traffic against third-party sites.
4. Acceptable use
You may only monitor, ingest, or store data you are authorized to handle. You may not:
- Use OpsRunr to attack, scrape, or overwhelm systems you do not operate or have permission to test.
- Submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content through forms, webhooks, logs, or other ingest URLs.
- Resell the service, share login credentials in a way that circumvents plan limits, or reverse engineer the product except as allowed by law.
- Interfere with other customers or with OpsRunr infrastructure.
5. Customer data and monitoring
You retain rights in the URLs, payloads, form submissions, and other content you send to OpsRunr. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide, secure, and improve the service (for example, running HTTP checks, storing webhook bodies you send us, and sending alerts you configure). Details are in the Privacy Policy.
6. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Paddle (Merchant of Record) or Stripe on a monthly cycle. We do not sell annual subscriptions. Project limits apply to the plan you purchase. You can cancel in the dashboard; access continues until the end of the current paid period unless we terminate for cause. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy. Taxes may be added where required.
7. Availability and disclaimers
Monitoring and alerting are best-effort. Checks can miss incidents, false-alert, or be delayed by networks, cron schedules, or third-party providers. OpsRunr is not a guarantee of uptime for your sites, nor a substitute for your own incident process. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpsRunr and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for downtime, missed alerts, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the product (with reasonable notice where practical). After termination, we may delete workspace data according to the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Contact
