Effective September 10, 2026.
1. What you are buying
OpsRunr paid access is a recurring monthly subscription to the production health desk, not one-off module unlocks. Published plans: Builder $39/mo (3 projects), Studio $69/mo (10 projects), Agency $99/mo (25 projects). Free: 1 project with free caps. Monthly billing only. No annual plans. Charges are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record) or Stripe in USD unless your invoice states otherwise.
2. Free use
The Free plan has no subscription charge. There is nothing to refund on Free. Paid features start only after you subscribe to Builder, Studio, or Agency.
3. Cancel anytime
You can cancel a paid plan from Dashboard → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not automatically prorate unused days on a cancel-at-period-end, except as required by law or as described below.
4. When we refund
We will refund or credit when:
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan, or a payment we cannot fulfill).
- We cannot provide the paid service for a material period and you ask us to unwind that invoice.
- Law in your location requires a refund (including applicable consumer cooling-off rules).
Discretionary goodwill refunds (for example, you subscribed by mistake and write us promptly, before substantial use) are decided case by case.
5. When we do not refund
- Change of mind after you have used paid checks, alerts, or project capacity for the period.
- Unused project slots or unused monitor capacity inside a paid period.
- Failure of a third-party site you monitor. OpsRunr watches properties; it does not host them.
- Accounts closed for abuse or terms violations.
6. How to request a refund
Email hello@opsrunr.com or use the contact form with the workspace email, approximate charge date, and reason. We typically respond within a few business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Paddle or Stripe and can take several days to appear on a statement.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a card dispute so we can correct billing errors faster. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account suspension while the dispute is open.
